Food and drink is permitted in the library spaces in the Bryan Wildenthal Memorial Library building in Alpine and Building D-129 in Eagle Pass; however, we ask for patron assistance in maintaining a clean and pest-free environment to aid in the preservation of the library’s collections and study spaces. Drinks in durable, no-spill containers are encouraged. Illicit drugs or alcoholic beverages are not allowed. All tobacco products are prohibited in the library and on SRSU Campuses. Food preparation appliances are not allowed except with permission. No food or drink is allowed in certain areas, such as in the Archives of the Big Bend Reading Room.
Patrons are encouraged to pack out their trash and Leave No Trace in their study space.
