Archives of the Big Bend

Housed on the second floor of the Bryan Wildenthal Memorial Library, the Archives of the Big Bend collects and preserves the recorded history and culture of the unique and diverse Big Bend region of far West Texas. A recent initiative of the Archives is to make its holdings accessible as Digital Collections.

Passport Processing

Open to the public; By appointment only. The Bryan Wildenthal Memorial Library in Alpine is an official U.S. Passport Acceptance Facility. Passport processing is open to the entire community by appointment only. The library does not take passport photos.
