Alpine (WML) Summer Building Hours:

Thursday, May 7 through Sunday, August 23, 2026

Monday: 8 AM to 5 PM
Tuesday: 8 AM to 5 PM
Wednesday: 8 AM to 5 PM
Thursday: 8 AM to 5 PM
Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM
CLOSED Saturday and Sunday

The Archives of the Big Bend is open to researchers by appointment only. Please direct inquiries to srsuarchives@sulross.edu.

Eagle Pass (D-129) Summer Hours:

Monday: 8 AM to 5 PM
Tuesday: 8 AM to 5 PM
Wednesday: 8 AM to 5 PM
Thursday: 8 AM to 5 PM
Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM
CLOSED Saturday and Sunday

Spring Holiday Closures at Alpine and Eagle Pass locations:

Alpine’s Wildenthal Memorial Library CLOSED for Interim Building Closure Monday, May 11 through Friday, May 22, 2026. Curbside services available.
CLOSED Monday, May 25, 2026 for Memorial Day Holiday
CLOSED Friday, June 19, 2026 for Juneteenth Holiday

Library Front Desks in Alpine and Eagle Pass close 15 minutes before the building closes.

Hundreds of thousands of SRSU Library and Archives resources are available online 24/7 with an internet connection, Lobo ID and password.
Patrons in Alpine may return SRSU Library items in the book drop on the east side of the building (facing the University Center) at any time.
